+ $1615+ Weekly Average, Driver Positions Pay Weekly
+ $1,250/wk min guarantee for 5 days worked
+ Hourly Pay: $27.00 Per Hour
+ Regional within 300-mile radiusof your house,Needs reliable vehicle
+ Overtime Paid After 40 hours
+ NST Tenure bonus $1,000 each year when actively employed from Nov 1st - Oct 31st .
+ Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel OR Sleeper, Per Diem Pay: $50 per night
+ Schedule: Monday - Friday -Must be Flexible.
+ Hours per Week: 50 + hours average per week
+ Deliver?To:?NE and New England region
+ Trailer?Type:?Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed
+ Freight: Touch/No Touch - Varies by Account

Trucks are three years or newer.
Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck.
All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.
+ Tractor Type: Day Cabs and Sleepers
+ Trailer?Type: 48' - 53'?Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Conestoga and Curtainside
+ Cannot Accept Auto Restrictions
+ 3 months Flatbed experience required
+ Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
+ Equipment: Manual Pallet Jacks, Rollers, Lift Gates and Moffett
+ Load Securement: Strapping, Tarping and Chaining

The starting salary for this position is $84,000.
Employees may also be eligible for a Shift Differential

**Requirements**
+ Minimum 21 years of age
+ Pass a Ryder Drug Test
+ Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
+ Pass a DOT physical
+ Pass a Ryder road test
+ Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
+ Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
+ 9 months experience within the past 3 years, **OR**
+ 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, **OR**
+ 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
+ Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
+ Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
**Important Note:** Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
+ Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
+ Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
+ Performs other duties as assigned
