Trust Account Specialist Location Minneapolis, MN (Downtown West area) : Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries ITM TwentyFirst, ITM, The Berwyn Group, Inc., Maple Life Analytics, LexServ, Fasano & Associates and PBI Research Services) is a fast growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets. The Trust Account Specialist "TAS" will manage a set number of life insurance policies and trust accounts. The TAS prepares premium notices for trust grantors and beneficiaries, processes premiums, handles correspondence and facilitates the payment of premiums to life insurance carriers. The TAS takes the lead role in building their client relationships and delivering highly accurate life insurance policy reports. This involves the evaluation and interpretation of life insurance illustrations, statements, policy contracts, and relevant policy documentation. Essential Job Responsibilities: Life insurance policy review and interpretation of carrier illustrations, statements, policy contracts: Manage between 350-500 trust accounts based on the requirements defined in the client's service agreement Onboard new client accounts with accuracy for successful trust administration and product review Prepare correspondence for trust grantors and beneficiaries Act as a point of contact and provide daily support for our external clients regarding policy analytics and details Establish and maintain close working relationships with external and internal clients Be an expert at trust administration and become fluent in life insurance product knowledge Provide back-up and assistance to others in this position Perform Annual Life Insurance Policy Reviews Required Skills: Bachelor's degree Knowledge of the different types of life insurance products Knowledge of trust administration services Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service focus Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Fox It Phantom PDF applications Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills as well as a high capacity for multi-tasking An ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities Eagerness to learn in this position is essential Preferred Consideration Given For: Knowledgeable in or has performed the role of a Trust Administrator Longevity Inc. prohibits discrimination and harassment and will take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation and gender identity.
