With this growth, we have an opportunity for a Trust Accounting Clerk.
This position is in office. Responsibilities: Maintains clients enrolled in the Autopay program by entering data accurately into multiple databasesComplete ACH mismatch reports and NSF reportsReview and make decisions on clients' accounts concerning overages/short paymentsPost client payments and enter creditor refundsScanning checks or reportsRetrieve cleared check copies and forward by email / fax to creditorsOutbound calls to clients in regards to Autopay Requirements: High School diplomaStrong data entry skills and accuracy with numbersProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsGood organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize assignments based on deadlinesGood written and verbal communication skillsBy submitting your interest in this position, you provide your written express consent and agree that VentureTech Solutions may contact you regarding employment opportunities using autodialing, text and pre-recorded messaging for convenience via telephone, mobile device (including SMS and MMS - charges may apply depending on your carrier, not by us, messaging frequency varies; text STOP to cancel), even if your telephone number is currently listed on any internal, corporate, state or federal Do-Not-Call list.
