Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Florida (in good standing).
2-3 years of substantive corporate or transactional experience , with a focus on tax and estate planning (link removed)>

L.L.M.
in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly preferred (link removed)>

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :

Advise clients on estate planning and tax strategies, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
Assist with the structuring and drafting of trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys in the firms Boca Raton office on complex estate planning and corporate matters.
Provide legal counsel to clients with business interests and investments in Florida and beyond.
