Established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in Trust & Estates practice.
Trust & Estates Associate Attorney Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in Trust & Estates
* Experience in trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, estate tax experience
* Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner
* Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters
* Strong academic background preferred
* Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
* Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
* Licensed in MA in good standing
