Trust & Estates Attorney (Remote, Contract)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Trust & Estates Attorney barred in the state of Florida to work remotely, on a contract basis. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment handling sophisticated estate planning. This is a short term project (approximately 2-6 months).
Responsibilities Draft estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and other domestic agreements and powers of attorney. Prepare IRS Form 709, tax returns and IRS Form 706 federal estate tax returns. Qualifications 5+ years of estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience for high net worth individuals and financial institutions. A degree in accounting, CPA license or LLM in Tax is highly desired. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter. Exceptional legal writing and legal research skills.
