Trust & Estates Litigation Associate

Kinney Recruiting is working with a highly reputable CA law firm to find a mid-level trust and estate litigation associate with 3-5 years of practice experience. This is a hybrid role, and the position can sit in any of the firm's offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael, and Walnut Creek. This position sits in the firm's Family Wealth Resolution & Disputes Practice Group.
Responsibilities:Drafting legal documentsParticipating in dispute resolution processesProviding legal counsel to clientsPrior experience working with trust and probate litigation is preferred, but not required. The annual base compensation for this California position is approximately $190,000 to $200,000. Must be licensed to practice law in California.
