Department: Tax, Trusts and Estates

Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates litigation including, but not limited to: Probate contests Accounting litigation Turnover proceedings Other Surrogate's Court litigated matters Experience in Article 81 guardianship matters is a plus. Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings Legal research Court appearances Depositions Negotiations The candidate should have demonstrated ties to Long Island.
