Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) within the Services organization is a dynamic, high growth global business that offers working capital solutions to clients across Banking, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Citi Commercial Bank client segments in over 100 countries.
The TTS Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Senior Lead will be responsible to work with all TTS Lines of Business (mainly TWCS) as well as cluster and country teams to drive the strategic implementation of the WLCR Target Operating Model across countries and products.
Responsibilities include: Support the TWCS business with planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities for running the WCR programLead key initiatives as PMO in a detailed manner and deliver within strict timelinesIdentify risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessaryDirect the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including TWCS senior management, on a timely basisBuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the organizationSupport the Development and implementation of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Transaction Management under the end state model for TTS.
(Product Scoping, Automation, Data and Documentation Capture, covenant & Collateral monitoring)Work with all Regional Product teams to launch the WCR Legal Documentation Checklist across all businesses.
(Complete full Implementation Globally of Documentation Model for TTS Products).Help re-draft and update all necessary WCR TTS Standards and procedures with the support from all relevant stakeholdersWork with ICM and Risk to simplify and automate all product guidelines.
Connecting Helios to existing product approval systems (enhance current product approval process)Support all Tech De-Risk implementations and System Migrations across TradeSupport businesses on WCR Data related workstreams and projects.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred8+ years of related experienceBackground in Trade products, Operations, Tech, Program Management and/or Data is highly preferredDemonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholdersProven critical thinking and problem solving skillsJob Family Group: Project and Program Management
