Turf Technician - Golf & Grounds

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Turf Technician to maintain the Ocean Golf Course and resort lawns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general landscaping duties, including walk mowing, bunker maintenance, fly mowing, edging, blowing, and course cleanup.
The Turf Technician should have a strong work ethic, be physically fit as the job requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs., and be comfortable working in variable weather conditions.


Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge of turf management and horticulture practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with other team members and customers
- Willingness to learn new techniques and take on new challenges

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily lawn maintenance tasks using a variety of tools and equipment
- Maintain bunkers, walkways, and other outdoor features
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Attend to irrigation, fertilizer, pest control, and aeration practices as needed
- Communicate with other team members and customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge of turf maintenance practices
