Two Cities Church Residency

The Residency Program at Two Cities Church exists to equip individuals for effective gospel ministry. In our residency, we seek to accomplish this vision with each resident through three primary focuses:

Residents at Two Cities will experience this in one of three separate residency tracks:
College ResidencyMinistry ResidencyCreative Residency
Pastoral Residency The average time spent per week will be around 40 hours. We do want to ensure that residents are taking two days off to rest each week.
Theological/Personal Development: 5-7 hours per weekStaff Meetings and Staff Training: 2-3 hours per weekMinistry Track: 20 -25 hours per weekAdministration & Support Raising: 1 hour per weekSunday Services: 7 hours per week (available to serve different ministries)
