What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a UC Support Analyst II within our Corporate Overhead division. This position falls under our IT Infrastructure line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, the UC Support Analyst II is responsible for providing second level technical support for our telephony and collaboration platforms. This includes troubleshooting and monitoring our global environment to ensure maximum availability and functionality for business operations. Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills in a fast-paced environment are key. This role requires strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, proactive expectation setting, excellent customer focus and effective prioritization. You will report directly to the Global UC Operations Manager.

Identifying and resolving telephony, collaboration, network and video problems while ensuring service level agreements are met for ServiceNow incidents and service requests.The ideal candidate will understand basic network topologies and how they support VoIP implementations.Performing on-call rotation duties and after hours testing as part of the operations team.Recommending process improvements and quality assurance procedures and best practices.Staying relevant with technology changes and providing end user training as needed.Working with vendors to articulate business needs and ensure work is delivered accurately and to specification.Participating in cross-functional teams to support technologies and create standard operating procedures that will integrate into the company's global infrastructure.Providing guidance and coaching to more junior positions.Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years job-related experience in 2 or more areas including collaboration, network, video and CCaaS support.Telephony, collaboration, video conferencing and network issue troubleshooting experience required.NICE, Teams, Oracle SBC, and Biscom Fax server experience preferred.Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
