CGS is seeking a talented, driven UI Designer to join our teamLead efforts to design mission-critical applications and websitesIdeal candidate has experience in prototyping and design of modern digital solutions

Responsibilities
• Design mission-critical applications and websites• Provide seamless user experiences through innovative interfaces• Collaborate with engineers and clients to implement digital solutions• Analyze user research to inform design decisions• Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps• Create scalable design resources
Requirements
• Must be a US Citizen• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience• 5+ years combined professional design experience• Strong understanding of website development life cycle• Strong understanding of user interface design standards• Experience designing compliant web and mobile applications• Experience carrying designs from start to finish• Experience establishing and maintaining customer feedback loops• Proficient in Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to identify solutions based on user research• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Collaboration with engineers and clients• Wireframing and storyboarding• Creation of scalable design resources
