Overview: We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team onsite at the client's office in Moline, IL. The role involves working with the business to analyze acceptance criteria and perform functional configuration within Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial (FI) modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Object-Oriented ABAP and a strong background in implementing customized solutions adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze acceptance criteria and perform functional configuration within SD and FI modules. Implement customized solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP and adhere to quality standards. Utilize object-oriented design principles/patterns and execute engineering practices such as test-driven development, CI/CD, and rigorous refactoring. Work with NW Gateway, SAP Integration Patterns (ALE/IDOC s/Proxies), Process Orchestration (POL), Enhancement Framework, Adobe Forms, UI5/Fiori/OData, HANA Development, CDS Views, and SAP PI. Requirements: Must-Haves: Extensive experience with Object-Oriented ABAP & OO Design Patterns. Proficiency in NW Gateway, SAP Integration Patterns (ALE/IDOC s/Proxies), and Process Orchestration (POL). Experience with Enhancement Framework and Adobe Forms (alternatively Smart Forms).
