Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing user interfaces for Software as a Service (SaaS) and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and user-centered design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine user interfaces for SaaS and web applications.Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and layouts that clearly illustrate how sites function and look using Figma.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability.Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on SaaS and web applications.Strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web and mobile apps.Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations as the primary design tool.Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
