Job Description: Under the direction of a provider, performs sonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement to apply prescribed imaging for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Serves as an ambassador of UTMC in the community, demonstrating our organization's values, services and mission.
Minimum Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of formal sonography program that meets standards of approval by ARDMS.ARDMS registered.CPR certification through the American Heart Association.Preferred Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of formal sonography program that meets standards of approval by ARDMS.ARDMS registered.CPR certification through the American Heart Association.Conditions of Employment: To promote the highest levels of health and well-being, the University of Toledo campuses are tobacco-free.
