Position: Ultrasound Technologist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Helena, MT, United States **Be the First to Apply!** **Job Summary:** As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will: - Verify patient identification and exam requests. - Explain procedures to patients and answer questions. - Perform 2D and 3D ultrasonic imaging of internal organs. - Conduct measurements and documentation in line with protocols. - Prepare and manage medications and equipment for procedures. - Provide ultrasound guidance during interventional procedures. - Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain patient safety. - Collaborate with the lead tech on scheduling and protocol development. - Participate in quality assurance and department projects. - Assist in training new employees and maintaining equipment. **Qualifications** Knowledge/Experience: -Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program with proficiency in various ultrasonography fields. Education: -Eligible for national registries in sonographic modalities. License/Certification/Registry: -ARDMS registration in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or Vascular preferred, with current BLS certification required.
