We are currently seeking an Ultrasound Technologist on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis.
If you share our passion and vision, we invite you to apply now!Your tasks and responsibilities as a Sonographer include but are not limited to: Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent mannerPerform sonogram examinations in accordance accurately and in a timely mannerResponsible for imagining, recording and processing ultrasound imagesObtain and document complete patient history as it relates to the procedure ordered and informed consentMaintain statistical results for quality improvementWhat qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRDMS OB/GYN Specialty, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), or RDMS Abdomen Specialty must be obtained within 60 months of employment start dateHCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is a 237 bed acute care hospital.
