Location: Chicago, IL or 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete underwriting process, from reviewing submissions to issuing quotes, binding policies, and managing endorsements.
Collaborate closely with agency partners to drive growth and ensure profitability.
Perform daily underwriting tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Engage with agency partners and management to deliver outstanding client support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience in Senior Living underwriting.
Demonstrated success in underwriting within the Senior Living sector.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to senior living insurance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and professional development.
