Your Role:You will support residents who are independent but living with dementia under the direct supervision of our RN Nurse Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct care, including lifting, turning, transferring, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming, medication administration, and restorative nursing programs.Maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms, discharge cleaning, and deep cleaning of the facility.Preparing meals, serving food, assisting with eating, cleaning after meals, passing snacks and fresh water/ice, recording food and fluid intake, and reporting any changes in eating habits.Supporting daily activities to improve residents' self-sufficiency, self-confidence, cognition, muscle strength, and balance.Working independently and following written and verbal directions.Reporting and documenting any changes in physical and mental conditions promptly.Adhering to all facility policies and procedures, safety regulations, employee handbook guidelines, and Residents' Rights.Requirements:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and follow directionsJoin us and make a difference in the lives of our residents!
