Zoox is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to drive recruitment for our internship program and university outreach efforts. In this role, you will recruit interns and serve as a resource during their internship. Over time, you will also help grow Zoox's presence at colleges and universities to ensure our outreach aligns with the business's recruitment priorities.
We're looking for team players who demonstrate high attention to detail, thrive in social settings, and are excited to speak about Zoox's mission to prospective candidates.
In this role, you will:
Source talent, build a robust pipeline, extend offers, and close intern candidates
Develop relationships with hiring managers across the business to understand recruiting needs
Assist in the planning and execution of intern and university relations outreach events
Increase brand awareness and represent Zoox at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment opportunities
Provide support for the interns during their internship
Review high level data points to help the team make data-driven decisions
Candidates should be open to travel about 20% of the time as needed
Qualifications
Experience with sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical industry
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with public speaking
BA/BS and 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably university recruiting experience
Compensation
This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $48 to $54 per hour, and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
