Must work closely with Source 1 Account Representatives, buyers, schedulers, outside suppliers and Ducted Systems plants.How you will do it:Working and tracking expedite requests from account reps through the Source 1 on-line expedite report. Adhering to all Source 1 policies and service levels regarding the online expedite reportMaintaining accurate and timely purchase order dataInterfacing with both outside suppliers and UPG plant personnel during the expedite process to ensure timely delivery of productCreating purchase ordersFaxing/emailing purchase orders to appropriate suppliersAssisting in resolution of receiving and accounting issuesOther duties as assignedWhat we look for:Required Qualifications: Associate's degree and 2 years experience preferredExcellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking and planning skillsWorking knowledge of SAPMS Office applicationsU.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.Where legally permissible, as a condition of employment, you will be required on your first day of employment, to show written proof that you have been fully vaccinated Against Covid-19 or that you have a valid medical or religious reason for not receiving the vaccine.Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
