Sous Chef Qualifications: Three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale/fine dining atmosphere A professional and welcoming attitude with all guests and team members Professional plate presentation and standards Organization, cost control and the knowledge of local and state health code regulations are essential Sous Chef Experience: Previous experience as a member of a culinary management team in a hotel, boutique hotel, or high-end fine dining establishment Knowledge of Aloha POS and Microsoft applications are preferred Must have a "lead by example" mentality Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef is ideal Sous Chef Benefits: Great base compensation Excellent healthcare plan Paid time off 401k plan
