Our Urban Ninja program focus on parkour-inspired physicality in a safe, indoor environment where we coach our athletes in speed, agility, balance, and body awareness while they traverse through different obstacles with efficiency and confidence.
Qualified candidates must have experience in working with children ages 2 and older. Previous or current parkour or parkour-inspired sports experience preferred. Minimum availability of two days per week for at least 2-hour shifts required; must be available Saturdays (see bolded time below). While our scheduling can be flexible with proper notice, we are looking for candidates who have consistent availability.

Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to:Follow the designated rotation schedule and curriculaComplete all administrative duties asked of you such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans and updating progress reports of your studentsCome to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co-workersUnderstand the importance of your Student Retention rateStay engaged in each class, always focusing on your studentsHelp set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s)Desired Skills & Characteristics:Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sportsHas a friendly, upbeat, & enthusiastic attitude and approachable personalityHardworking and willing to increase their knowledge about the program(s) and learn different techniques in coachingAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary Range: $16.50 to $24.00 per hour (depending on industry experience)
