Urgent Hire-Production Operator

Production Operator I will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day work of the production line while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
Production Operator I continuously monitor the performance and efficiency of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about any line issues.Production Operator I Responsibilities:Communicate production information to Line Leader and fellow OperatorsPerforms all duties in a safe, reliable and efficient manner as instructed by the Line LeaderVerifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of MaterialsIdentify and record acceptable and defective productsAssembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructionsOperate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machineryPerform continuity testing using a meterConnect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installationPerform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product qualityClean machines, tools, and equipmentSkills and Qualifications:2-3 years of Operator experience within Manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to read and understand technical documents, manuals and instructionsAbility to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlinesAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with management and other team membersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when requiredMust pass background checkTO APPLY:Email your resume along with 3 Employment References to:****** Job Type: Full-timeEnglish Required Schedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftNight shiftWeekends as needed
