About the job Urgently Virtual Administrative Assistant
We have a temporary limited term vacancy, not to exceed 2 years, for an Administrative Assistant who will be part of the Human Resources department of the Riverside Superior Court.
We are seeking an individual with two (2) years of advanced level administrative support work, preferably at the executive or senior management level, which includes the handling of confidential information and the use of a personal computer to compile and analyze data, and prepare complex reports and charts.
The ideal candidate will posses excellent project management skills, pay strong attention to detail, and be Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
This opportunity is for the Downtown Riverside location with the option to work remotely.
