An award-winning independent community hospital in the greater Chicago, Illinois (IL) area is seeking a Urologist to join our team of over 100 dedicated health providers.
Position Details:
• $640,000 starting base compensation with additional productivity and quality incentives available year 1
• Ample OR time and ideal clinic schedule - design your ideal practice to fit your life with supportive administration
• 4-day work week with no weekend call- great work/life balance
• Full student loan reimbursement- pay off all your student loans with $20,000 annually from the hospital and PSLF
• Additional recruitment package including sign-on and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits with paid malpractice including tail, 7 weeks PTO, annual CME allowance, competitive recruitment package
• Easy access to DaVinci robot, lithotripter, greenlight laser, as well as any other equipment requested
