Role Summary
At Vialto Law (US) PLLC , you will lead multinational clients in delivering strategic, holistic, and employee-centered US immigration legal services. As a manager, you will oversee a team of attorneys and immigration analysts in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and empathetic service. You will provide end-to-end guidance on US employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, while offering strategic insights to optimize clients' immigration and mobility strategies.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee and manage complex US business immigration client engagements, delivering best-in-class, technology-driven legal solutions.
Clearly communicate complex immigration processes, ensuring clients and noncitizen employees understand key actions.
Develop tailored recommendations on immigration strategies using insights from public, private, and industry sources.
Actively engage in client meetings, showcasing Vialto Law's holistic and empathetic service approach.
Utilize data and analytics to support decision-making and enhance service offerings.
Foster a collaborative environment to reach consensus and deliver positive outcomes.
Uphold Vialto Law's ethics and professional standards.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in US business immigration, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visas.
Admission to a state or DC bar.
Strong digital acumen and a desire to integrate technology into legal services.
Proven project management experience and flexibility in handling dynamic priorities.

Salary Range:$100,000 to USD $165,000
