Us & International Tax Manager (Asc 740)

Title: US & International Tax Manager (ASC 740) Direct hire position Hybrid work environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) No sponsorship No relocation assistance Responsibilities: Will assist with tax compliance and planning for a global company.
Will manage public accounting team with their preparation of US Foreign Tax Compliance and Global Transfer Pricing.
Must remain current on global tax initiatives (including Pillar 2 and US foreign tax legislation).
Will manage tax accountants in the US and other global locations.
Manage the preparation of FBAR reports.
Prefer foreign sections of quarterly tax report.
Manage global transfer pricing efforts to identify new transactions and understand the nature of these transactions.
Manage the tax calendar and coordinate with public accounting counterparts to monitor progress of filings.
Lead/participate in foreign tax research and special tax projects.
Manage the review of business licenses, unclaimed property reports, property tax action items, etc.
Will adhere to global tax regulations and manage tax risk.
Assist with monthly closing to include preparing monthly tax accounting reconciliations for foreign subsidiaries.
Required Skills: -5 years Tax experience; some public accounting experience is preferred -Strong background in ASC 740 (for a global company) -Oracle experience -MS Office, Excel -Excellent communication skills; collaborative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong attention to detail and time management Preferred experience : -Management/Supervisory experience -International Tax/Transfer Pricing experience Education : -Bachelor's degree in Accounting -CPA
