Overview:
We are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Associate to join our client's US Private Equity practice group in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of M&A experience, with a specific emphasis on Private Equity M&A.
The role involves working on private equity transactions, funding arrangements, strategic M&A, acquisitions and divestitures, and joint ventures.
What you will be doing: Execute private equity transactions and funding arrangementsContribute to strategic M&A initiativesManage acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companiesParticipate in the structuring and execution of joint venturesWhat you must have: Mid-Senior Associate with Class Years 2018 – 20203-4 years of M&A experience, with a focus on Private Equity M&AStrong academic credentialsExperience with private equity-backed companies strongly preferredExcellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skillsJ.D.
