The Area Portfolio / Marketing Manager will work with both the USAC Bioprocessing Sales Team as well as Purification & Filtration (P&F) Global Marketing to set direction and go-to-market strategy for this $100M+ business.As a Portfolio Manager for the Bioprocessing business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Assisting the USAC Bioprocessing Sales Team in achieving sales forecastAligning with Global Marketing on new product development and go-to-market strategyDeveloping marketing strategies and programs to support direct customers, as well as customers in multiple Purification and Filtration channelsCollaborating with other Purification and Filtration businesses to support Global Bioprocessing strategic accounts as neededSetting price, margin, and operating strategy for the portfolio moving forwardYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree2 years of job-related experience in Industrial or Bioprocessing sales, marketing, analytics or business developmentAbility to multi-task and work in a highly matrixed organizationAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of job-related experience in Industrial or Bioprocessing sales, marketing, analytics or business development in a private, public, government or military environmentProven track record in new product launches and commercializationProven track record of success and sales forecast attainmentExperience building marketing plans and pricing strategiesWork location: Remote Travel: May include up to (10%)(Domestic)Relocation Assistance: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
