Murgado Automotive Group is searching for a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle department. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets while fostering a positive and competitive environment.
Inventory Management: Oversee used car inventory, including pricing, stocking, reconditioning, and merchandising to maximize profitability.
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives a premium and seamless buying experience from start to finish.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and achieve department goals.
Training & Development: Coach and train sales associates to strengthen their skills and improve individual and team performance.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to competitively price vehicles and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, presenting data and recommendations to dealership leadership.
Qualifications: Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in pre-owned or used cars.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a sales team to exceed targets.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, local market trends, and competitor strategies.
Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory software.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
