Responsibilities
• Desk deals and coordinate used vehicle sales activities• Attend vehicle auctions, purchase and recondition used vehicle inventory• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives• Management and analysis of CRM system• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force• Establish a positive relationship with customers• Maintain vehicle inventory and days' supply• Help to ensure that salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives• Appraise incoming used vehicles• Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions
Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of Used Car Desk, Special Finance, Advertising and Used Car Inventory Management• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors• Excellent customer service skills• Must be able to manage a team, motivate and develop sales employees• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment• Strong written and communication skills• Experience with ADP or other automotive software• Consistent and stable work history• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
