Position: UAT - Training Lead Location: Miami, FL.
33173 Hybrid (Mostly remote need to report on-site as per client requirements) Duration: 6 Months+ Roles/Responsibilities: UAT Coordination:
Develop and manage UAT plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate UAT sessions, guiding users through testing processes and collecting feedback.
Analyze UAT results, identify issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare UAT reports and documentation, providing insights to stakeholders.
Training Development:
Assess training needs and design training programs tailored to different user groups.
Create training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the product.
Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-centered approach in product development.
Serve as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements and feedback.
Facilitate user feedback sessions and workshops to gather insights for future improvements. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in UAT, training, or a similar role involving information technology projects.
Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and testing processes.
Experience in creating training content and conducting user training sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., test management software, LMS platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills: Certification in Quality Assurance or Training (e.g., ISTQB, ATD).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Experience in Information Technology related government projects Experience with Azure DevOps
