Robert Half is partnering with a renowned Fortune 100 Ecommerce Enterprise in search of an experienced UX Researcher to join their team on the West Coast.
The ideal candidate will have experience driving the entire research process, from data collection to reporting, by conducting daily interactions with internal team members.
The researcher will analyze and guide research needs, balancing both distinct and unclear requirements.

Location: Remote PST (must be in PST time zone; Seattle, LA or San Fransisco areas preferred)
Duration: 11 months
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $50-60/hour
Responsibilities: Cultivating relationships with key business partners for identifying learning opportunities that align with organizational priorities.Designing and managing the execution of research studies, including research brief creation, discussion guide development, moderation, synthesis facilitation, analysis, and report writing.Identifying cross-team synergies and learning opportunities to drive efficient, actionable research.Engaging in strategic dialogues with partner teams to ensure actionable findings from research.Managing multiple projects, developing research plans, and coordinating with different stakeholders to identify optimal solutions.Facilitating in-depth bold conversations about research strategies and insights, creating conditions for individual team success, and setting up a productive and team-focused culture. Qualifications: At least 7 years of hands-on moderating experience (mandatory).Ability to moderate for 5 hours a day.Strong degree of ownership and the ability to think big, invent, and innovate in a complex problem space.Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree will be preferred.Strong business acumen and project management skills.Excellent written communication skills.Knowledge of Qualtrics would be a plus.Flexibility, creativity, and a pragmatic approach to research are key attributes for this role.Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver high-quality results promptly.
