As a Senior Management Team member of the hospital, provides overall leadership and management of the hospital. Participates in hospital-wide strategic and operational planning.
Financial Management Activities Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Revenue Cycle Management Expense Management Financial Reporting Coordination with Central Billing Office Regulatory Reporting Capital Planning and Management Operational Responsibilities Business Office Revenue Cycle Finance & Accounts Payable Health Information Management Materials Management Dietary Communication Activities - Direct interaction with the Hospital Management Team and Staff, Physicians, Governing Board, Executive Committees, USPI & Baylor Health Care System, and Tenet Senior Leaders.

Business Office to include Registration, Scheduling, IV/Auth Revenue Cycle to include Charge Capture, Collections, A/P, Denials Management Health Information Department Materials Management Department Dietary Department REQUIRED SKILLS: In order to be considered for this position, a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: Recent hospital financial management experience is required. Minimum of 5 years of hospital Revenue Cycle Experience and management of multiple departments including business office functions and materials management. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business degree required. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA preferred. Demonstrated experience in leadership, analytical and computer skills. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
