Perform regularly scheduled dishwashing shifts.Return equipment & utensils back to storage locations for useSanitize, organize, and maintain kitchen & bakery dish area, walk-ins and storage areas to Co-op and health department standards.Remove all trash and recyclable items to designated areas.Ensure equipment is in clean and working order and advise supervisor of repairs and replacement needs.Assist prepared foods team members as assignedAttend designated food service, store, and staff meetingsStart each shift at your workstation, dressed appropriately and ready to beginPerform other tasks as assigned by the lead or supervisor Kitchen or food preparation experienceAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and bakery environmentManual dexterity with hazardous equipment Candidates must have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. throughout shift, stand for long periods, and reach, pull, push, turn, stoop, and bend frequently during shift.
Position involves working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
