Position Summary:
As directed by the department lead, this full-time position maintains the general maintenance of the facility, as well as the preparation and tearing down of events.
This role pays an hourly wage of $26.88.

About the Venue:
As a leading entertainment venue, PPG Paints Arena is the regional epicenter for athletic events, concerts, and family shows in Western Pennsylvania, and home to the NHLs Pittsburgh Penguins.
Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintains facility, including painting and general labor Handles preparations for all events, including installation and removal of dasher board system for hockey, staging, and chairs for concerts and family shows and basketball flooring.
Snow removal and general maintenance of areas on the outside of the facility, which involves driving plow truck and forklift, as needed.
General summer garden detail, including cutting grass with mower, weeding, and trimming using motorized trimmer.
Implements corrective actions and solutions.
Ensures job assignments are completed on time and meet company standards.
Follows procedures for use of Work Order and Maintenance Manager Systems.
Adhere to OSHA, NFPA and other applicable safety codes.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent
