Utility Worker/Dishwasher. Full-Time/ Days (Skilled Living)

General Summary:The Utility Worker/Dishwasher performs a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dishwashing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies.
With unloading the truck on Tuesday and Fridays.Essential Job Functions:1.
Performs, under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non- food supplies.2.
Reports any dish machine malfunctions immediately.3.
Sets up the dish and pot washing area.4.
Prepares for dishwashing and washes pots, dishes and utensils.5.
Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.6.
Cleans and maintains area by grease container and garbage dumpster.7.
Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.8.
Sweeps and washes kitchen floors.9.
Empties trash containers as required and washes containers on a daily basis.10.
Unloads deleiver truck every Tuesday and Friday.Qualifications:1.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.2.
Prefer some dishwashing experience but will train for same.3.
Ability to set up and operate dishwashing equipment.4.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.5.
Carrying, pulling, pushing, stretching, bending, walking short distances and standing for long periods of time.
