Job Title: Utility Worker Location: Mt Holly
Salary: $16/hr
Benefits: Available Day 1
Schedule: 7am - 3pm or 6am - 2pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a Utility Worker to join our team at Legacy Treatment Services. The ideal candidate will perform various tasks within the Custodial and Maintenance departments, as well as provide support to the Administrative staff.
Responsibilities: Actively participate in quality improvement activities Fill in for various areas as needed after completing training Operate custodial, office, and grounds maintenance equipment Ensure proper handling, mixing, and storage of chemicals and cleaning agents Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and diffusers Assist with fire drills and building security Conduct general maintenance of grounds including landscaping and snow removal Make minor repairs to furniture, equipment, and structures Maintain and secure equipment properly Assist with special events and other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen Ability to lift 50lbs Custodial background or experience with floor care preferred, but trainable Valid driver's license required Top 5 Traits: Mechanically inclined Reliable Team player Empathetic Well-rounded individual Travel Required: No
