Responsibilities:Partner with product managers across various domains (e.g., Checkout, Product Recommendations, Product Detail Page) to design new features and enhance existing ones;Conduct discoveries, including competitive analyses, internal audits, and usability reviews, to identify areas for improvement;Navigate the typical product lifecycle: from discovery and ideation to design iteration, stakeholder reviews, and development handoff;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business goals;Balance multiple projects while maintaining focus and expertise in specific domains.Qualifications:Experienced in Ecommerce UX Design, with a proven track record of designing impactful features;Deep knowledge working with design systems and understanding their role in scalable feature development;Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies and the ability to rapidly produce multiple design solutions;Ability to analyze data, conduct competitive audits, and bring usability principles to feature designs;Availability to work onsite at the North Point Office in San Francisco, with the option to work from home on Fridays.We know that each person has gone through different career paths that have provided further knowledge.
