About the opportunity:We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented UX Designer to join our team.
You will be working with one of our biggest clients on products with a high impact on their revenue.
This company is a leader in the home furnishings and specialty retail industry, known for its innovative approach to product design and customer experience.
Responsibilities:Develop multiple design concepts rapidly to support A/B testing initiatives;Partner with data analysts to evaluate test results and identify impactful design solutions;Conduct competitive analyses to ensure designs align with best practices and market trends;Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities across the Ecommerce funnel, from site entry to checkout, to reduce friction and improve KPIs;Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.Required Qualifications:Experienced in Ecommerce UX Design with a deep understanding of KPIs and drivers of success;Proven experience delivering impactful design solutions that drive measurable optimization improvements;Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills;Experience with A/B testing (knowledge of tools like Adobe Target is a plus);Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced workload effectively;Availability to work onsite at the North Point Office in San Francisco, with the option to work from home on Fridays.Nice to Have:Avenue Code discloses salary range information based on our commitment to fairness and transparency.
