Korn Ferry is looking for a UX Designer to join our rapidly growing product organization to help us build the next generation of enterprise solutions powering the world's leading businesses.
Our UX designers are expected to work all the way left in the process, collaborating with Product and Engineering, to help clarify problems and bring solutions to the table that are proven to move the needle for our customers and end-users.
Here's what you get to do: Contribute to the UX and product design across the entire product lifecycle, working with other designers and cross-functional teammates to shape a unified experience for our growth suite of Korn Ferry products.
Work with other design team members on the overall product vision, contributing to our new KF Design System and experience architecture.
Use human-centered design methods to shape product strategy and experiences through user research and testing.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Writing teams to prioritize and deliver experiences that balance customer problems with end-user needs effectively.
Help drive a deep understanding of our different users and how our solutions fit into their workflows, ensuring our insights and intelligence are operationalized seamlessly.
Take ownership of your work from early concepts to final implementation, always focusing on delivering value to customers and users.
What you bring to the table: 3-5 years of experience in UX design for Enterprise SaaS products.
Experience in shipping products and understanding the process of creating scalable, global solutions for modern workforces.
Strong skills in breaking down complex problems into simple, effective UIs.
A human-centered design mentality.
You value empathy in your work and integrate user research and usability testing into your process.
Confidence in exploring and refining design concepts and workflows to represent the broader product vision.
Experience translating findings from research and testing into clear design improvements.
Effective communication skills, including experience in presenting design ideas and articulating design decisions to cross-functional teams.
A keen eye for quality and detail.
You have a strong understanding of core design principles that make even your wireframes intuitive and easy to understand, allowing discussions to focus on experiences and impact.
Ability to accurately articulate design specifications for product development A portfolio or PDF showcasing your work and demonstrating your problem-solving ability, thinking, and craft.
A commitment to inclusive design practices and understanding that accessibility is an intrinsic part of good product design.
Other Skills and Responsibilities Collaborate with research teams to plan and coordinate field research, including identifying needs, creating screeners, user testing scripts, and analyzing results.
Assess usability problems based on heuristics and universal design principles and recommend enhancements.
Plan and conduct usability tests for standard UI patterns, contributing to user experience improvements in your product area.
You're comfortable designing, collaborating, and testing in Figma.
Able to create task flows, user flows, and process diagrams to communicate user workflows.
Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes to show complex user flows and new design concepts for testing and validation.
Ability to collaborate with development and provide guidance to ensure visual quality assurance.
Ability to provide and solicit clear, actionable feedback from your team members and other designers Preferred Experience: Experience designing Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS and Compensation Strategy offerings.Experience working with or contributing to a design system.Familiarity with designing data visualization and analytics features, helping users make data-driven decisions without needing deep expertise in data science and analysis.Experience working in iterative design processes to arrive at the desired UX outcome.Experience with remote and unmoderated testing.
