As a UX Research Intern at Xometry, you'll work on real-world projects to uncover user insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn how to apply research methods that drive user-centered design in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points. Design and execute studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights to inform product and design decisions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user needs are at the center of development. Learn and apply best practices in research methodologies, tools, and data analysis to support user-centered design. What We Offer:

Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025). Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results. Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
