We are in search of a skilled UX Researcher to join our innovative team.
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our digital platforms' user experience, employing comprehensive research to translate user insights into actionable recommendations.
Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with project and product managers, designers, developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our products resonate with and meet the needs of our diverse user groups, including internal, B2B, and B2C customers.
What you'll do: Work within an Agile team setting to create compelling customer experiences by collaborating with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Lead diverse user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis, utilizing tools like JIRA, UserTesting, and Google Analytics to understand user behavior and preferences.
Participate in the early stages of product development to gather user requirements, ensuring these insights are translated into actionable product specifications and features.
Collaborate with project and product managers to convert research findings into detailed requirements or specifications, promoting a customer-focused strategy for product advancement.
Evaluate product performance on mobile platforms, recommending enhancements for optimization while ensuring adherence to data privacy and accessibility guidelines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus.
2 years of experience in UX research, showing proficiency in various research methodologies and the ability to conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
Prior experience with Agile processes and tools such as JIRA and Confluence, highlighting the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within fast-paced development environments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong, authentic relationships with internal and external partners.
Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines, complemented by a proactive and initiative-taking mindset.
More about the role: Travel: Less than 20% Work Schedule: Full-Time 40-hours/week (Monday-Friday with weekends required on occasion) Compensation Structure: Salaried paid Semi-Monthly (OT-Exempt).
