Design, execute, socialize learnings on new product experience Collaborate with XFN partners to identify research prioritiesCollaborate with XFN partners to apply learnings to product, design, and engineering strategy. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct foundational and tactical quantitative research (eg. surveys)Conduct foundational and tactical qualitative research (eg. interviews, diary studies)Collaborate with Design, PM, Data Science, and Eng stakeholders to direct and advise on product, design, and ranking tactical and strategic product decisions in support of the launch of a new product. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Education: MA or PhD in Social Science (eg. psychological, social psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, etc).5+ years experience as UX Researcher for software products5+ years experience with quantitative UX research methods (eg., surveys, logs data analysis, machine learnings techniques).Log data analysis experienceSQL/PythonSurvey design expertise Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years experiences with qualitative UX reserach methods (eg. interviews, diary studies, usability studies)Experience with Dscout, UserTestingThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $111.58 to $123.98 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
