SNF experience preferred Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: An active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory Shift: Tuesday Through Saturday Schedule; Must be willing to do 1-2 days/week at a second site 30 mins away (Hot Springs)
