Van Driver

Portland Public Schools seeks Van Drivers who will provide safe and efficient transportation of students to and from school.
Signing Bonus: $1,000 Qualifications: Interested candidates must either possess or be willing to obtain the following:Must meet all State of Michigan and Portland Public Schools requirements for employment.Must have a valid Michigan chauffeur driver's license.Prior experience working with children and the public is preferred.Job Functions: Operate and maintain the van in a safe manner.Maintain route schedules and reports in a timely and accurate manner.Comply with all traffic and safety regulations related to operating a school van.Ensure that authorized students load and unload the van in a safe manner.Maintain a clean and sanitary van; enforce regulations against smoking, eating, and littering in the van.Report delays, injuries, or accidents and fill out related reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Title: Van Driver

Compensation: In accordance with Transportation Agreement
