Job Summary: As a Vehicle Detail Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle detailing services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing appointments, assisting with sales transactions, facilitating the opening and closing of the shop, and providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing phone calls and Internet inquiries.Responsibilities:Appointment Management:* Schedule vehicle detailing appointments for customers, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and adherence to service timelines.Coordinate with detailing technicians to allocate sufficient time and resources for each appointment based on the specific requirements of the vehicle and the services requested.Sales Ticket Closure:* Process sales transactions and close out service tickets for completed vehicle detailing services, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment processing.Provide customers with detailed summaries of services rendered, including itemized breakdowns of charges and any additional recommendations for maintenance or upgrades.Customer Service:* Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls and internet inquiries regarding vehicle detailing services, addressing customer questions, concerns, and appointment requests in a courteous and professional manner.Provide accurate information about available services, pricing, and appointment availability, and assist customers in scheduling appointments that meet their needs and preferences.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or detailing industry, is a plus but not necessary.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with automotive terminology and industry standards.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer appointments and shop operations.
