Overview Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Vein Physician to join our established and growing employed practice in Prescott, AZ. This role will provide patient care in an outpatient setting and see patients for among other conditions venous and lymphatic disease and arterial/diabetic patients. Typical procedures include vein closures, RFA, venaseal, varithena, sclerotherapy and phlebectomy. Qualifications Requirements: Completion of a residency in medicine in general surgery, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology in ACGME approved programsCurrent BC/BE in Vascular Medicine, General Surgery or PhlebologyRPVI RegisteredWound Care experience/knowledge helpfulValid state medical license as MD or DOValid DEA certificateExperience preferred
